Shipping policy

Free Delivery Across South Africa

Delivery is free on all orders to any address in South Africa. We deliver nationwide through CourierIt, The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing. We currently only deliver within South Africa.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days, whichever payment method you choose. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 8am and 4:30pm. No orders are sent over weekends or public holidays. If a delivery is delayed for reasons outside our control, we will let you know and keep you updated.

Costs, Duties and Taxes

All prices include VAT, import duties and fees. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by your courier tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can also check your order on our Track My Order page.

Signature on Delivery

All orders require a signature on delivery. Please check the contents of your parcel before signing.

Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is refused, or returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, we may deduct the courier costs of the return and re-delivery from any refund.
